Services
Design Fibre provides website design, development and related digital services, primarily using Squarespace. All services are agreed in advance and may include: Website design and build Website redesigns SEO improvements Branding and visual design Ongoing support
Project agreements
Each project is scoped individually and confirmed before work begins. This may include: Project deliverables Timelines Costs and payment structure Any changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional costs.
Payments
Payment terms will be agreed before the project starts A deposit may be required to secure work Final payment is due before project completion or launch (unless agreed otherwise) Late payments may delay delivery.
Client responsibilities
To ensure projects run smoothly, clients agree to: Provide required content, assets and feedback in a timely manner Review work and respond within reasonable timeframes Ensure they have the right to use any content supplied Delays in providing materials may impact timelines.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Intellectual property
Once full payment has been received: The final website design becomes the property of the client Design Fibre retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio Any third-party assets (e.g. fonts, images) remain subject to their own licences.
Website performance & SEO
While websites are built following best practices: No guarantees are made regarding search engine rankings Website performance may be affected by factors outside our control
Third-party platforms
Websites are typically built on Squarespace. Design Fibre is not responsible for: Changes made by Squarespace Platform limitations Third-party integrations or services
Liability
Design Fibre is not liable for: Loss of business, revenue or data Issues arising from third-party services Client misuse or unauthorised changes to the website
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with reasonable notice. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
